We use tags to categorise and group athletes.
Tags can be named anything you like.
Athletes can be assigned up to 8 tags.
From the Home screen, press the yellow circle with the + sign
Select Add Tags, then Create new tag
Type in your desired Tag name, then press the Add Tag button
Repeat this process for adding multiple tags
Follow the same instructions as above, but instead select Add Person
Fill in the athlete's details in the popup screen
Assign one primary tag by tapping the input box and selecting the tag you created in the previous step
Assign additional tags as desired by following the same process
Once you're happy with the information, press the Create new person button
Follow the same instructions as above, but instead select Add Test
In the popup screen, fill in the fields.
Name: This can be anything you like
Category: We recommend choosing something broad like "Upper" or "Rehab" that generally classifies the type of test
Sub-Categories: This can be a really powerful tool when used right. When reviewing long term test data, we automatically plot each sub-category on it's own trend line. This allows you to easily compare the rate of progress of different tests against one another. We recommend using this feature for single-limb tests (e.g. input Left and Right as sub-categories) and also tests which may have multiple positions (e.g. At chest, Elbows 90, Elbows 135 as sub-categories for Bench Press).
Sub-Categories can also be reordered by dragging the box
Once you're happy with the details, select Create new test
Now we've setup the necessary profiles, we can go ahead and assign them to test data.
Tap on the test to expand into detailed view
Select the Tap to select person button at the top
Find and select the athlete using the search overlay. You can filter the list by tag - selecting the little "bubble" below the search bar, or tap the blue funnel icon to the right to bring up the full list of tags.
The test will now be partially assigned - with a person profile but no test profile. You can see this state from the home screen. The test will still be displayed under Unassigned tab in the home screen selector.
Repeat this process to assign the test profile.
If you've made an error and need to change a test's person or tag assignment you can do this easily.
In the detailed test view, tap the three dots to the right of the person's name.
Select "Change Person".
Find and select the new person profile you wish to assign, tap confirm.
Repeat this process to reassign the test profile. Remember to tap the three dots next to the test name.
Once you have test and athlete profiles set up, testing becomes effortless.
Select the desired person and test profile in the primary selection component.
Record new test data from the Collect screen.
Tap Save and the data is automatically assigned
From the Collect screen, tap on the Trends screen to instantly view the long term chart. The trends screen shares the same athlete/test selection as the Record screen.
