# Navigating the app

## The navigation bar

### Home&#x20;

This screen presents you with a chronological list of all tests you have done to date.

### Trends&#x20;

This screen is used for longitudinal tracking of testing data for a single athlete.

### Tag Trends (BETA)

This screen is used for longitudinal tracking of testing data for a groups of athletes (we call these 'Tags' - more on that later).

### Record

This screen is used for collecting new force-time data.

## Other screens

### Device Connection Screen

This screen is used to connect to your Force Hook devices. It is the first screen displayed when opening the app. It can also be accessed by pressing the top-left portion of the screen.&#x20;

This section will read 'No device connected' if you have not connected any Force Hooks, or it will display the serial number and battery % if they are connected.

### Settings

This screen is used to manage test and person profiles, in addition to changing app settings like display units (Kg, Lbs, Newtons). It can be accessed by tapping the gear icon in the top right corner of most screens.
